Terms of use

Each GiftCard is valid for 12 months from the date on the purchase receipt.

To take advantage of the offer, you must make a reservation with the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance of the date you wish to use it.

Use of the offer and table reservations are subject to the restaurant’s availability on the desired date.

The GiftCard is not valid for special events scheduled by the restaurant.

On the day the offer is to be used, the original GiftCard must be presented in perfect condition.

The customer is responsible for managing the giftcard and it can only be used for one purchase and simultaneously with another payment method. If the total value of the meal exceeds the amount available, the customer must top up the remaining amount.

Reservations made in advance can be changed, provided that the restaurant is notified at least 48 hours in advance of the date already booked.

In the event of a no-show, the GiftCard will be deemed to have been used.

The Pairing voucher can only be used in conjunction with a meal or as a respective discount on the total meal.

In the event of loss, theft, non-use or deterioration of the GiftCard, the beneficiary will not be entitled to any compensation or refund, and it will be considered used for all purposes.

GiftCards cannot be converted into cash or refunded under any circumstances. Upon reaching the expiration date, the GiftCard is automatically considered expired, even if the offer contained therein has not been used.
